Howard Goodwin, DNAP, CRNA, CHSE, FAANA
Dr. Goodwin received his Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Old Dominion University in 2004, his Master of Science in Nursing with a Nurse Anesthesia concentration from Old Dominion University in 2008, and his Doctorate in Nurse Anesthesia Practice from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2014. He currently serves as Director of Technology & Simulation at Old Dominion University. Dr. Goodwin has served in various roles with the Virginia Association of Nurse Anesthetist since 2011. He has served this organization as a District Director, Treasurer, & President. Additionally, he continues to be a leader with the American Association of Nurse Anesthesiology, serving on various committees and task forces. Family being his highest priority, Howard enjoys spending time with his wife, Martha and their three sons, Thomas, Philip, and Matthew. As a family, they all enjoy traveling, cruising, and spending time with friends and family. Howard started Bayside Medspa to focus on helping people meet their self-care needs in all aspects of their life.
Jenna Arieux, LMT
A graduate of Delta College with a degree in massage therapy, Jenna developed a strong foundation in anatomy and various therapeutic techniques. Her passion for massage stems from a lifelong journey; from a young age, natural aptitude for healing touch was recognized by others, leading to the pursuit of this rewarding career path. Dedication to helping clients achieve wellness and relaxation is provided through personalized care. Outside of professional life, interests include traveling to explore new cultures and a devotion to Disney, finding inspiration in magic and storytelling that brings people together.
